Also made in 1994, now only little more than half my lifetime ago, then being inspired to professional illustration and cartooning. A Characateur is a cartoon like representation that is a kind of realistic portrait but which has simplified and emphasised the features and may be overly manipulated and thus becomes humorous. Usually a Characateur will have a disproportionately big head and small body. They are often a very effective marketing medium and used to make political statements.
